WY Hospitality Management Group provides hospitality and property management consultation services. All services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking, whether virtual, phone-based, or in person.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices for consultation services are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect services already booked and paid for.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

WY Hospitality Management Group does not sell, ship, or deliver physical products. Any digital materials provided as part of a service package are delivered electronically and are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the requested consultation services. WY Hospitality Management Group is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our consultation services are provided for informational and advisory purposes. WY Hospitality Management Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on advice given during a consultation.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, and materials provided during consultations, is the property of WY Hospitality Management Group and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
